Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 1SENSE STUDIOS ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Frog Bachelor or use our related services (the "Service"). We built this game to be cozy and generous, and that extends to your data: we collect as little as we can, we don't run interruptive ads, and we don't track you across the internet.

The short version

• No interruptive ads. The only ads are optional, opt-in rewarded videos - watch one for an in-game reward, or don't. Nothing pops up; nothing is forced on you.
• No third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. We don't follow you around other apps or sites.
• Your game is yours. Your pond, your exes, your letters - stored to make the game work, not to profile you.
• Cosmetics only. Any purchases are optional cosmetic items, handled by the app stores.

Information we collect

Game data. To run the game and save your progress - your collected cards, conversations, settings, and the like - we store game state on your device and, if you create an account or use cloud save, with our hosting provider.

Purchase information. If you buy a cosmetic item, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred; we never see your full payment details.

Rewarded-ad data (only if you opt in). If you choose to watch a rewarded video, our third-party ad provider serves it and may process limited data needed to do so - for example, a device advertising identifier and basic technical information. This happens only at the moment you choose to watch, and only because you opted in. If you never watch one, no ad data is processed.

Support correspondence. If you contact support, we keep your message and contact details long enough to help you, and no longer than necessary.

Technical & device data. Like most apps, we (or our providers) may process limited technical data - such as device type, operating-system version, and crash/diagnostic information - to keep the Service working and secure.

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to process purchases; to deliver opt-in rewards; to respond to support; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and to comply with the law.

Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (running the game), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), with your consent (for example, opt-in rewarded ads), and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles. We share information only with: the app stores (Apple / Google) to process purchases; service providers who run things like hosting and crash reporting on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; our rewarded-ad provider, and only when you choose to watch a rewarded video; and authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the Service. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that, subject to this Policy.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we try to be careful.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither). Children

Frog Bachelor is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes to this Policy

If this Policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know in-game or by email where appropriate.
